A mentor celebrates every little accomplishment of her protégé. When she learnt about the confusion I had regarding my career, she pointed out my strengths objectively. No, she didn’t tell me that I was being unrealistic but gracefully helped me weigh the options. DTM Kavya Gowda has celebrated every little victory of mine. She has helped me scale greater heights without the fear of falling. Her warmth and wisdom have not only helped me become a better speaker but also a better human being.
