In other words ‘Mentors’ are more effective to propel them on the path of self-development, building social skills and career development, as this bonding starts without any pre-conceived notions.

My daughters aged 7 and 10 have taken and honed their knowledge under Pooja’s guidance, during 2020 and 2021. My apprehension as a mother initially was , how well will the teaching be on an online platform . I enrolled only for 1 class then, to understand her teaching methodology and most importantly her interaction and bonding with my daughters in the virtual world. I was amazed at how she bridged the gap between being physically present and patiently listening to each child with their related / unrelated conversations and ideas on a screen. She has been very encouraging as a teacher to develop individuality and confidence in my 10 yr old. My daughter thrives on knowledge of history, discovery and inventions but lacked the skill to bring it out , which over her multiple sessions with Pooja , she has been able to inculcate and share her learning with others . Pooja has played a significant role during the stressful lock downs and home bound life for my children. I wish her the best and may she continue to share her techniques, knowledge, and warmth all around.
