Bhavana Ananth is a Chartered Accountant turned into a counselling psychologist, a
specialist in a ground breaking technique called Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
and a Trainer. She has been trained directly under the founder Ms. Marisa Peer, in this
groundbreaking therapy (RTT) which works with your sub-conscious mind and gets you
unstuck very easily and quickly. She also, has a rich experience in Corporate for close
to 15 years and says her experience in the field of human psychology is “richer” and
that’s where she finds her meaning. A fun fact about her is that she is also the co-
founder of a sports academy called “Accolades Badminton and Sports Academy”.
She strives to help people uncover issues that are holding them back… and ensure they
move forward feeling confident, empowered and optimistic about the future.
Bhavana believes in creating a magical life by taking action along with aligning with

WHAT DO YOU
15 & Above
Every Transformation in RTT is done in for 3 sessions (sometimes 4) of about
Session 1 -30 to 40 mins( intake)
Session 2 - 1.5 to 2 hours (Subconscious work)
Session 3- 20 mins (transformation)
I will give a 20 mins bespoken audio which u need to listen to at least 21 days
There will be 3 follow-up short calls every week to ensure you are successfully following the audio routine
I may give u other audio’s depending on need.

RTT- Fear of Math Exam (First Year into graduation)
RTT is a very effective programme. I see great differences in myself pre and post programme. I have
become a much more confident version of myself, what was once a cause of fear within me is now
something I am no longer worried about. While the programme, demands quite a bit of effort from one's

I started my sessions with Bhavana aunty around august of 2021. I was at my lowest around that time. I had lost confidence and my insecurities took control of me. I would avoid going out, meeting people, making friends, etc. My college had just started and even though It was online, my anxiety about offline college was at its peak. I would have breakdowns at least 4 out 7 days a week. But then I started talking to her and expressing my feelings. The transition from teenage to adulthood is a very scary phase and it is
very important to let our feelings out. Aunty helped me realize this. Since then I have become a lot better at expressing my feelings to the people I trust and who care for me. Our sessions were a safe space for me to let it all out. She gave solutions to a lot of my problems and went out of her way to help me. She gave me exercises and activities to do everyday to help boost my
confidence and to get me out of my comfort zone. I am definitely a better version of myself today than what I was a couple of months back!

I had been facing sleeping issues for quite sometime and before the session I was quite anxious. After I
was done with the RTT session I felt a sense of calmness. The session also helped me remove my anxiety
and stress and helped me sleep better than I ever did
I am a professional table tennis player. I have been playing table tennis for for a long time.But recently I
was struggling mentally especially while playing. Like the way I was thinking about myself and my game
and the way I was approaching the game. The main reason was I started losing confidence while playing.
So that was the reason I choose RTT.
To be honest at first I was not sure if this would help me and if the therapist would be able to understand
what I am dealing with. But once I started the session and started talking, it was really great. Because she was listening to everything I was saying and she was able to understand it. Most of the times when it comes to sports, lot of people don't get the technical and sports related stuff. But she was kind enough to hear and understand everything that I had to say. Therefore she could understand what I was struggling with The day I finished the last day of my session I really felt very relaxed. Not just while playing, in general,
mentally I felt very relaxed. Slowly I started experiencing that relaxed and confident state while playing. I
was more positive and I started believing in my game and my training.
Overall after the session it had a very positive impact on me and how I approach certain situations.
