The goal-setting workshop changed my life. This is not an exaggeration, but the truth. Ranjitha Raj delivered a workshop with practical exercises and tips that made it easy for a beginner to get started. The most important aspect of this workshop is that it went beyond SMART goals and brought to light the underlying thought processes behind setting and pursuing goals. It stresses the hows and whats of a healthy mental state necessary for successful goal setting. Daily, simple exercises she provided, have turned me from a person who did not know what goal setting was to a person with a 12-month goal chart and vision board, and I have achieved 95 percent of my goals in the last year.
