When you meet Sunitha, the first thing you notice is her infectious smile and her charming amenable personality. She is an ex banker who took a break in the peak of her career to prioritize her son’s upbringing.

During this break her interest in people and personalities intensified and she stumbled on counselling and soon went on to pursue her masters in psychology as well

She is now a seasoned Counsellor, Faculty and a Life skills trainer. She creates and conducts various workshops that aim at simplifying complex concepts and presenting them in easily understandable and usable techniques for the benefit of the participants. She is well read and believes in going to the depth of the matter and understanding it in its totality before harnessing its values and tailoring it into our lives.

She is passionate about concepts of self-awareness, Self-worth and Self-Esteem. “Just being able to understand one’s own self helps navigate our lives in a more simplistic and effective manner”. And it doesn’t hurt to learn early.

 Hence she finds herself motivated to mentor youngsters and equip them with much needed emotional and intellectual support.  Not to forget, her fine sense of humour and approachable self makes her sessions very interactive and full of fun.
